A Woman’s Touch is the AWARD WINNING team of highly qualified, highly reliable and highly courteous builders and tradespeople (some of whom are women), run by ex-Investment Banker Kerrie Hanafin. 

We are run 100% by women (all owners / directors / regional managers and project managers are women), and whilst we do employ men too (who are all very good, clean, tidy and polite), the concept of "A Woman's Touch" is delivered by all our staff, male and female. 

We do the things you wished other builders would - we respect you and your property, clean up after ourselves, work hard and stay on your project through to completion.   Accredited by the Federation of Master Builders and the Guild of Mastercraftsmen, and exceeding Gordon Ramsay's exacting standards - we are shaking up the construction industry and setting new standards.

Building & Refurbishment

Design and Build - we offer a one stop shop from architectural services, structural engineers, planning applications, building regulation approval through to efficient and hassle free implementation of loft conversions, basement conversions, structural alterations and extensions. 

The Refurbishment team provides many specialist trades such as decorating, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics and carpentry  - and being housed under one roof eliminates the problems of trying to juggle individual contractors for each trade.  We cover residential and commercial properties. Regardless of the size of your project, you will have a single, dedicated point of contact throughout your project.  The woman who answers the phone and books in your quote will most likely be the person who conducts the quote, writes up the quote, manages your project and prepares your invoice.  For really small jobs she may even do the work herself!

We can also help you with all your design requirements - from exceptional interior design to create the space of your dreams, to landscape design to ensure your garden competes to the same high standards as the inside of your home, and even specialist pool design for the unique touch.

Extra Touches

If you are having work done on your property, but don't want to spend your own precious time sourcing and managing tradespeople, ordering materials and monitoring quality, we can do this for you, to our exacting high standards.   We can even help you with the finishing touches to dress your home, give the garden a face lift and trim any large trees.  And if you're not in your property all the time, we can look after it for you and ensure your investment is safeguarded.
